New consultants have immediate access to purchase inventory at wholesale cost.  To do so the consultant must log in using their consultant ID and password.  All items available for sale will reflect wholesale pricing. There is no minimum order requirement. However it wouldn’t make sense to order just one piece of jewelry because you would pay 5.95 shipping.  Consider spreading the cost of shipping buy purchasing several items.  As a practice, Trish's Paparazzi Jewelry rarely purchases fewer than 25 items.  Also, When you spend $100 dollars or more your shipping is free at Paparazzi Accessories. A few more things about minimums.  As a registered wholesaler you must make minimum annual purchases of 275 dollars within the previous 12 consecutive months otherwise your account will be terminated.  That comes out to about 23 dollars per month. Additionally, you must purchase at least 68.75 dollars per month in inventory to be considered active and eligible for inclusion in the consultant search. The short answer is yes.  Whether you sign the agreement and fax it to Corporate Headquarters or digitally sign the agreement when you purchase your starter kit online.  The agreement is there to primarily protect Paparazzi Accessories but it protects you as well. The agreement lays out in certain terms that levels the playing field for all consultants both old and new.  Because of this, a new consultant has the same earnings potential as one that has been in business for years.  A good number of new consultants have well surpassed a handful of the top earners!  Not an easy thing to accomplish but definitely do-able. All new consultants are provided with a copy of the Paparazzi Policies and Procedures, the Paparazzi Compensation Plan, and the Paparazzi Agreement.  In addition to these core items, the new consultant is provided with a good number of media and marketing tools that are located in the Resources section of their online back office.  Finally, every new consultant has a sponsor.  Sponsors can be a great resource of knowledge and experience which can be helpful in establishing your business.  This is why choosing your sponsor is important.  Your sponsor must be committed to providing you the support you need for success! Yes.  Paparazzi Consultants earn a 35% to 45% commission on every item they sell.  It doesn't matter where you sell it, the commission is the same. Sponsors also earn commission from your sales.  Don't worry, they don't get a cut of your commission.  Instead Paparazzi Accessories issues the commission from their cut. This is one of the best features of their program because in many direct sales or MLM business models, your upline gets a cut of your paycheck.  This is why many consultants go it alone.  There is never any pressure to recruit others into the business.  Not only do you have the same opportunity as top level performers but you don't have to rely upon making a profit off of someone else's back. After the initial product or inventory is purchased, no product can be resold or retailed for less than the suggested retail price (no product under $5 USD). This includes, but is not limited to, offering or advertising free items through buy X, get X promotions or giving free gifts with a purchase. This same policy applies whether the free promotional item being offered is a Paparazzi product or a product not carried in Paparazzi’s inventory. Offering or advertising these types of promotions lowers the retail price of each piece sold below the required $5 USD minimum. Doing so compromises the entire Paparazzi program for all Consultants. Any promotion of a Consultant’s independent business or the Paparazzi opportunity through any channel of communication (public or private) is considered advertising. Sales Tax You will be charged sales tax (based on your shipping address) on the retail value of each piece you  order. Paparazzi is required to do this. This is intended to ensure that each state tax agency is made  whole on any potential sales from the transactions of that wholesale product. The sales tax is charged at the local level of the place where the order is shipped. Paparazzi collects these taxes at the time of wholesale inventory purchase and remits it to the state on behalf of the Retail Sale that the Consultant may now have. This also allows the Paparazzi Consultant the option of charging their local taxes on their Customer transactions and recuperate that cost, or absorbing it into their business structure; while at the same time not bringing any uncovered sales tax liability on Paparazzi or the Consultant. Any Consultant who sponsors another Consultant into Paparazzi must perform a bonafide assistance and training function to ensure that his/her organization is properly operating their Paparazzi business and that they are in full compliance with local and federal laws, and the Paparazzi Agreement. Consultants are expected to support, train, and mentor other Consultants in the organization to help them build success. It is expected that sponsoring Consultants be available to be contacted, attend meetings, and support their organizations. The Paparazzi Accessories policies and procedures are provided to you as part of your enrollment process.  Currently you can preview these rules but it requires a little bit of trickery on your part.  Proceed as if you are going to enroll.  Go to:  https://paparazziaccessories.com/join/89732/#/ Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will then select your Paparazzi Starter Kit.  You will then be prompted to fill out your Basic Information.  Fill out these fields and then click on the text titled "Enrollment Terms & Conditions"  The terms and conditions will display and as you scroll through the text you will find hyperlinks to the "policy and procedures"  Click on the link and the document should load into your browser window. To become a Paparazzi Consultant each applicant must: a . Be of the majority age in your state of residence, or eighteen years of age; b . Reside in the United States; c . Have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Federal Tax ID Number (EIN); d . Read and agree to abide by the Company’s Consultant Agreement and all components therein e . Purchase one of the Starter Kit options. f. Complete and submit (physically or electronically) an Independent Consultant Application and Agreement

Barriers to selling Paparazzi Jewelry.  There are some barriers that may get in the way of selling your jewelry.  Here are a few: Only one Paparazzi consultant per event.  Read the Policy and Procedures Limited options for accepting payments.  If you aren’t set up to take credit cards then it’s time to graduate to the 21st century.  Get a PayPal or Square card reader. Made in China.  Paparazzi Accessories are made in China.  Some events require goods made in the USA.  Check with the event coordinator to see if any restrictions apply. Paparazzi Etiquette - It's not polite to steal customers from other consultants.  However if someones customer prefers to shop with you then you can't stop them.
