Is Paparazzi a Pyramid Scheme?

In short NO.  There is a lot of confusion surrounding multi-level-marketing(MLM) and pyramid schemes.  Some MLMs are actually pyramid schemes.  Paparazzi Accessories is a Direct Sales Business model with characteristics that many confuse with MLM.

For example, Paparazzi Accessories has leadership levels.  Does that sound scary?  If so then every Fortune 500 company that gives bonuses to its executives qualifies as an MLM.  Here is the one quality that separates Paparazzi Accessories.  As a consultant, I earn a 45% commission on everything I sell.  If you join my team, I don't get a cut of your sales.  You earn the same amount as I do.  You get a 45% commission on everything you sell.  As a leader, the company rewards YOU with bonuses for sales that roll up under you.  You can call it a downline if you like.  But I don't earn my commissions off of your back. The company pays us from their earnings!  So while some people will tell you that Paparazzi Accessories is an MLM.  I beg to differ.  Paparazzi is a legitimate business opportunity.
